the People around me =)

i'm just a little girl living in this big world.
most of my friends are girls.
i admit that its hard for me to make friends because i'm a little shy.
however i really appreciate anyone that approach me and want to be friends with me :)
i talk a lot, but only with people that i'm comfortable with which is my 2 big sisters and my parents of course.
they are everything to me and they mean the world to me.
my sisters always said that i cant live without them. they are sooo true because
i really cant live without them and they are the ones that make me what i am today.
love u guys very much =D
and not to forget my best friend since i was in high school, myra ...
she's always there for me giving me support whenever i need them and also the one that i always hang out with. we usually go shopping, watch movies, jogging.
i miss the old days when we were back in high school. we were always together. ;)
i'm a little sad because we can't see each other often since we are in different university however i hope our friendship remain :D
owhhh owhh, in matrix i met these 2 wonderful girls, farhah n wany.
they are the ones that can always tolerate my craziness. with them i also go shopping, watch movies and jog. we would take the bus early in the morning to go to taman tasik titiwangsa to jog. usually we would be stuck in the jam. and we would eat nasi lemak after jogging. like my sister said, no use of jogging then eat nasi lemak.hahaha =P
i would like to thanks all the people that had been there for me and accept me for who i am.
and for my future friends, i hope u can tolerate me.
i am a simple girl who loves shopping and have many things to learn =)

Ways To Overcome Fears.

1. Face your fears. Sit with yourself and figure out what your fears actually are. Write it down and face it. The sooner you deal with them, first by giving them some attention, the sooner they will start to fade.
2. Talk about your fears. Not to everyone you meet, you'll sound like a Looney Tune. Talk to your friends and family. They love you. You trust them. It's a safe place to let it out.
3. Stop complaining about everyone else. Very rarely is it someone else's fault that you don't have what you want. Complaining about other people may be fun in the moment, but it wastes time and takes away from your issues.
4. Have compassion with yourself. You're not a fear-busting machine. These things take time. Have compassion and patience. You'll get there.
5. Eat well. You can't get over your fears if you have bad habits, especially when it comes to food. Start eating healthy today and fuel your body for fear-busting.
6. Smile. Just like yoga balances our bodies, we have to balance out our seriousness with silliness. Smile, if only it is at yourself in the mirror. It's good for you.
7. Write down your plan. Keeping a notebook of ideas, lists and goals is great for overcoming fears. It's fun to cross off your accomplishments too.
8. Stay you. The best thing you have going for you is being yourself. The moment we try to be like someone else we are taking away from our own greatness. Just be you. That's so much better than good enough. That's great.
9. Keep dusting. When you overcome a fear or achieve a goal it's great to be thrilled and celebrate, but don't stop there. Keep going and you can go as far as you allow yourself. You are in charge of everything in your life. Everything you are. Everything you do and everything you will do.

Being Yourself.

1)Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else.
2) Why live to please others? I mean, it’s your life. If you aren’t happy with it, what’s the use of living?
3) It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.
4) Enjoy who you are. Don’t hate yourself for what you aren’t.
5) Nobody Can Play Your Role Better Than Yourself.
6).Believe in yourself and be proud of who you are, because you are special and you light your own star.
7) If you don’t like my words, don’t listen. If you don’t like my appearance, don’t look. If you don’t like my actions, turn your head; It’s as simple as that.
8) Accept everything about yourself–I mean everything, You are you and that is the beginning and the end–no apologies, no regrets.
9) Always be yourself because life is too short to be anyone else
10).Don’t be insecure with others. Imperfection is beauty. Always have the courage within yourself.
